24 Hour Omelet

6 slices trimmed white bread, buttered

Grated Cheddar cheese (as much as you like)

4 eggs, slightly beaten

2 cups milk

½ teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon dry mustard

Pepper

Place bread in a greased baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese. Beat eggs, milk, salt, mustard, and pepper. Pour over bread. Refrigerate, covered, overnight.

Add mushrooms, bacon, ham to top before baking. Bake covered, at 400 degrees for 1 hour. Uncover the last 5 to 10 minutes baking time. When mixture is set, it is ready.
