RS Ebook Subscription FAQ

We love our subscribers and welcome you to join today! We’ve been writing Relief Society (Formerly known as Enrichment) activities since 2004. We’ve helped thousands of sisters enrich the sisters in their wards with fun, spiritual and new activities.

What is the difference in the Enrichment vs the Homemaking Cottage? The obvious is Church vs Home. Do I need to subscribe to both sites to get more than I get just looking now?

The Enrichment Cottage is has a subscription which will send you ebooks once a month according to Relief Society activities themes by email only. The Enrichment Cottage has many articles to view, but the ebooks must be purchased before viewing.

The Homemaking Cottage is much, much larger. Hundreds of ideas in all topics of home, family (and even a few RS ideas), and taking care of self themes in our Deluxe Edition online magazine. I have 8 paid writers who feature articles, along with myself, throughout the month. We boast of up to 300 articles on average at your fingertips. With this subscription you will sign up with your own username and password and can login to the site 24/7 to view all the articles. As far as the subscriptions, each one layers more savings, but all receive the same amount of content. Depending on which subscription you choose, you also receive more free ebooks.

The answer to your question of subscribing to both sites to receive more than what you are looking at now is an emphatic YES.

Is the e-zine subscription different from your standard emails? I know I signed in at one time but I don’t have the username/password any more. Was that just to get your emails or am I missing out on what is behind your “magic” door?

The E-zine subscription is the standard emails. However, there are several different ones I send out. All are free.

The General Interest Ezine

….sends frequent emails with Homemaking Cottage updates, sponsors and all other interesting things our visitors may enjoy.

Homemaking Cottage Ezine

…is a Home and Garden ezine that contains tidbits, recipes or crafts, and other homemaking related ideas or articles.

The Enrichment Cottage Ezine

is a once a month ezine that is specifically for Relief Society Sisters. An occasional email containing products or special Enrichment Cottage announcements is also sent to this group.

HOT MAMAS WEIGHT LOSS
For those who are followers of our weightloss blog, we send out updates and up-to-date ideas of what is going on at the weight loss blog.

EARLY BIRD
Have first knowledge and access to sales and products by subscribing to this list .

Subscribing to the Enrichment Cottage site —the free part, simply enables you to comment on an article.

I receive emails telling me about the new ebooks when I already subscribe. Do I need to purchase these separately?

No, these emails are sent to our entire ezine list. If you already subscribe, simply view it as the next month’s ebooks that you will already receive.

Do you offer sales and coupon codes?

We occasionally have sales for our subscriptions. Sign up for our free ezine, including the “Enrichment Cottage” email subscription to receive coupon codes and to be notified of sales. Alternatively you can check out our blog.

I want to cancel. Do you give refunds?

In an effort to reduce piracy, the Enrichment Cottage cannot offer refunds on digitally downloadable content. Any duplicate orders will be refunded with a store credit within 14 days.

We do want our customers to be perfectly happy so we value your feedback and opinions.

If you do not wish to renew for another year, you must log in to PayPal, go to your account history and click on the subscription. From there you can cancel your subscription, meaning it will not renew for the next year.

Do you have access to my credit card, bank account, etc.?

No, we do not. This is why we do subscriptions through paypal. It protects you from second or third parties viewing or having access to personal financial information.
