The Power of 30!

January Enrichment--our theme is "THE POWER OF "30"! We are going to have four mini presentations on the power of spending 30 minutes in certain areas of our lives.

1. The power of '30 minutes' cleaning our homes--having a sister who cleans for her job teach us shortcuts to cleaning and setting up a routine for our homes.

2. The power of '30 minutes' in keeping our bodies healthy--a sister will talk about exercise, address the current diet fads, and give quick tips to keeping our families healthy.

3. The power of '30 minutes' a day in personal study--a sister will talk about keeping ourselves spiritually fed. She is going to include the wonderful blessing that comes from reading the RS lessons ahead of time.

4. The power of '30 minutes' a week or month addressing family food storage. We are introducing a program that encourages sisters to purchase certain items every week.

Our food committee is doing a tasters table with recipes that can be fixed from start to finish in 30 minutes. We will have main dishes and desserts.

Should be a fun evening--I like it because it involves a lot of sisters.
