Work with Ward general Food Chairperson to establish requirements for food and budget.
Call committee together to help plan tasting table or meal, making sure all committee members are aware of the amount budgeted for this event, and that all members participate.
Delegate responsibilities, making sure all committee members understand they are to help with serving and clean up afterwards.
Maintain communication with committee members to make sure all remember their assignments.
Purchase food or gather receipts from members who purchase food.
Turn in all receipts to Ward General Food Chairperson for reimbursement procedure.
It is the responsibility of the Food Committee Chairperson to clear ALL decisions and plans made by the committee with the Enrichment Leader before they are carried out.
