How about an Activity or Enrichment Meeting called “Everything Easy” featuring an Easy sewing project like pajama pants or scripture totes. Easy Meals that take 15 minutes or less to prepare. Easy “quick clean” tips for keeping things neat and tidy without it taking all day. Easy Entertaining Ideas from birthday parties to block parties. Easy gardening featuring herbs in pots. etc. You could have the invite be a big red circle on a gray background to look like the Staples Easy button, with the caption “That was Easy!”

or….How about “The Great Escape” featuring relaxing things like foot and hand massages, manicures, and pedicures, facials, games, a movie, chocolate, etc. You could have an invitation with a dangling rope over a wall saying “do what you have to and escape for an evening of fun”, or an image of a woman squeezing through a tight opening…with the caption…”can you squeeze us in to your busy schedules?”

or… an “Eeyore Eve,” with a guest speaker talking about depression and another sister talking about ways to energize and exercise.

Event: Welcome Breakfast. Have a breakfast at the end of the school year to welcome the Laurels that have just graduated. You can play some ‘get to know you’ games so the Laurels feel like they know others better and the sister can get to know each other and the laurels better. Have Welcome Baskets or bags made for the Laurels with things that will help them feel more included and better understand RS.
