Had a combined yw activity about gossip. They pretended that this one girl in our ward was pregnant before she was married. Had a wedding with her ym fiancé on a youth night and she was dressed up that night like she was at a real wedding and when they got to the Bishop (at the end of the isle) they told us what was really going on.

Did a cross-stitch of young woman in excellence girl

For a combined ym/yw activity had a big bon-fire on a member's land. Made homemade scones and had a hayride.

For a combined activity had a evening activity on a member's land and had a bon-fire and learned to country line dance.

Played teen-win, lose or draw

Made fabric-covered photo-albums

Had a yw combined activity where we learned how to take care of ourselves such as facials, make-up applications, etc.

Make items for hope chest- perhaps design the hope chest

Make a list of the good qualities the girls would want in a husband. Tell them to put it in their journals, and as they date- look for those qualities in their dates.

Make Temple handkerchiefs (white, lacy ones)

Sewed men's ties for Father's Day

Made up a Valentine's song and did singing valentine's for all the inactive girls.
